Today our school celebrated the Diwali festival with much enthusiasm and grandeur, offering classes IX to XII students and teachers a platform to showcase their talents and spread the festive cheer.
The celebration began with the auspicious Lamp Lighting Ceremony by our Chairperson Rama ma'am,Directors,Joint Director,Principal, Vice - Principal and other dignitaries marking the start of the event.
The next event was Ganesh and Laxmi Vandana, where students prayed to Lord Ganesh and Goddess Laxmi for wisdom and prosperity.
Following the Vandana, students performed a Bharatnatyam dance, one of the oldest classical dance forms of India. 
A Diwali Skit was performed, highlighting the cultural aspects of Diwali  and also emphasizing values such as truth, sacrifice, and the triumph of good over evil. 
Bringing energy and enthusiasm to the celebration, a Punjabi Dance performance added a lively and colorful vibe to the event. 
The program continued with a Semi-Classical Dance performance that fused elements of classical and modern styles. 
A dramatic presentation of the Kalki Avatar was also showcased, symbolizing the prophesied final incarnation of Lord Vishnu, who would descend to restore righteousness. 
The  event concluded with the Shiv Tandav, a mesmerizing dance depicting the cosmic dance of Lord Shiva. 
Chairperson extended  heartfelt thanks to the mentor teachers: Vinay Upadhyay, Nidhi Pandey, Anshu Tyagi, Sunita Pandey, Neha Kaushik, Sanya Chhabra, Manisha Negi, Vandini Sharma, Sarika Verma, Preeti Virmani, Namita Khanna, Amar Saini and Aman Sharma for making this Diwali event truly unforgettable and also a special thanks to Arpita Deuri Mam, Pooja Sharma Mam & emerging anchors Moksh Arora for wonderful compliments  & making this event a great success.

5.Science Exhibition 2024 – Achievers Home Public School


Achievers Home Public School successfully hosted its Annual Science Exhibition 2024, showcasing the creativity and scientific skills of our students. The event featured a variety of innovative working and non-working models, including projects on power banks, Newton’s cradle, water purification, rainwater harvesting, and more. Guided by our dedicated teachers, students demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, impressing parents and guests alike. 6.Universal Health Coverage Day – Dental Check-Up Camp

Achievers Home Public School marked Universal Health Coverage Day by organizing a free dental check-up camp for students of class VI. Led by Dr. Gargi Sharma and her team, the initiative aimed to raise awareness about the importance of accessible healthcare and oral hygiene. Students received valuable advice on maintaining healthy teeth and the significance of regular dental check-ups, reinforcing the school’s commitment to student well-being and holistic development.

7.Wildlife Adventure – Rajaji National Park Jungle Safari

Students of class 3 from Achievers Home Public School enjoyed an exciting jungle safari at Rajaji National Park, accompanied by their teachers. The trip offered students a unique opportunity to explore the heart of the jungle, observe rare bird species, majestic elephants, and various types of deer. This adventure helped students connect with nature and learn about wildlife conservation. The safari was organized under the guidance of Mrs. Smita Jailty and Mr. Siddharth Ahluwalia, ensuring a safe and memorable experience for all participants.

8.Vijay Diwas Celebration – Honoring Bravery and Sacrifice

Achievers Home Public School commemorated Vijay Diwas with a vibrant speech and board decoration competition for students of classes VII and VIII. The event celebrated India’s historic victory over Pakistan in the 1971 war, which led to the creation of Bangladesh and is observed nationwide on December 16 each year. Students paid tribute to the courage and sacrifice of Indian soldiers by delivering speeches and highlighting the country’s strength and unity. The board decoration contest allowed students to creatively express key moments and themes from the 1971 war, fostering a sense of patriotism and gratitude. The celebration served as a reminder of the bravery, strategic excellence, and dedication of the Indian Armed Forces, inspiring all to honor their legacy.

9.Indradhanush 2024 – Inter School Creative Art Competition

Achievers Home Public School proudly hosted the fifth consecutive Indradhanush Inter School Creative Art Competition, celebrating the artistic talent of students from across the Haridwar region. Over 80 students from nine schools participated, showcasing their creativity on topics such as "My Dream Drawing," "Landscape Scenery," "Natural Disaster," and "Draw a Meaningful Story" for different classes. The event was inaugurated by school directors and the principal, with enthusiastic support from teachers and escorting staff. All participants received certificates and refreshments, making the event a memorable and inspiring platform for young artists to express themselves and learn from each other.

10.Halloween Ramp Walk 2024 – Spooky Fun at Achievers       Home Public School

Achievers Home Public School brought Halloween to life with a lively Ramp Walk event for students from Nursery to Class 2. Children showcased their creativity by dressing up in a variety of colorful, spooky, and imaginative costumes. The event featured confident walks by Class 1 and 2 students, while our youngest participants charmed everyone with their adorable outfits. Spooky decorations and music added to the festive atmosphere, making the celebration both memorable and enjoyable. 11.National Mathematics Day – Mental Maths Competition

Achievers Home Public School celebrated National Mathematics Day to honor the birth anniversary of the legendary mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. On this occasion, a Mental Maths Competition was organized for students of classes VI to VIII under the supervision of Mr. Anshuman Bhardwaj and other mathematics teachers. 13.Parakram Diwas Celebration – Honoring Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose

Achievers Home Public School commemorated Parakram Diwas on the 128th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The celebration began with a slogan writing activity for students of classes 3 to 5, followed by a vibrant rally in which children dressed as Netaji and energetically chanted his iconic slogans, such as “Freedom is not given, it has to be snatched” and “Give me blood, I will give you freedom.” The rally moved through the Jagjeetpur area, spreading Netaji’s inspiring messages and engaging the local community. Led by Principal Dr. Shyamal Sarkar and coordinated by teachers Smita Jaitley, Sangeeta Khanna, Pooja Gupta, Priyanka Sharma, and Himanshu Saini, the event instilled values of courage, patriotism, and unity among students, while paying heartfelt tribute to one of India’s greatest freedom fighters.

14.Achievers Cup Inter School Badminton & Basketball Tournament 2025

Achievers Home Public School proudly hosted the two-day Achievers Cup Inter School Badminton and Basketball Tournament 2025, bringing together around 250 talented players from 15 renowned schools across the Haridwar region. The event was inaugurated by School Director Mr. Nitin Ahluwalia, Principal Dr. S. Sarkar, and esteemed sports personality Mr. Amit Dani, in the presence of coaches, team managers, officials, and all participating athletes. The tournament showcased outstanding skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship, as students competed with great enthusiasm and determination. The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, where winners were honored for their achievements, reflecting the school’s commitment to fostering excellence in sports and holistic development.

15.Robotics Challenge Competition 2025

Achievers Home Public School recently organized the Robotics Challenge Competition 2025, providing a dynamic platform for students to showcase their creativity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities. Forty students from classes VI to VIII participated in this exciting event, demonstrating their skills through a series of challenging rounds. The competition featured tasks such as constructing a Walker and DPDT connection, building an electric bike, performing pick and drop operations, and competing in a fast-paced Robo Race. Through their dedication and teamwork, students not only enhanced their technical knowledge but also experienced the thrill of hands-on learning in the field of robotics. Achievers Home Public School marked International Labour Day 2025 with heartfelt appreciation and festive spirit, honoring the dedication and hard work of its support staff. 17.Celebrating Precision and Poise: Our Young Marksmen Shine!

We are thrilled to share the remarkable achievements of our students in the recent 10-meter rifle shooting competition! This event was a fantastic display of focus, discipline, and skill, highlighting the dedication of our young participants. Out of 40 talented students from Classes VI to VIII, 8 exceptional individuals qualified for the final round. We extend our warmest congratulations to the top three young shooters who truly exemplified excellence: Anshuman Negi (VI-D) for securing the Gold Medal, Aradhya Baghel (VI-B) for earning the Silver Medal, and Shourya Garg (VII-C) for achieving the Bronze Medal. Our School's Director, Mr. Nitin Ahluwalia, and Principal, Dr. S. Sarkar, graciously presented medals and certificates, offering words of encouragement for their future endeavors. Achievers Home Public School recently held a heartfelt 'Ashirwad Samaroh' (Blessing Ceremony) for our graduating Classes 10th and 12th on February 8th, 2025. Our school proudly hosted the exhilarating "Achievers Cup" Inter-School Badminton & Basketball Tournament – a two-day spectacle of incredible talent and sportsmanship! We were thrilled to welcome around 250 enthusiastic players from 15 prestigious schools across the Haridwar region, all competing with remarkable spirit. The tournament was officially inaugurated by our esteemed School Director, Mr. Nitin Ahluwalia, Principal Dr. S. Sarkar, and a distinguished sports personality from the Haridwar Region, Mr. Amit Dani. Their presence, along with all the dedicated coaches, team managers, and officials, truly set the stage for a memorable competition. To mark World Heritage Day, our Class VI students embarked on an exciting and educational visit to the Archeological Museum at Gurukul University! This hands-on experience was designed to immerse them in India's rich cultural tapestry and historical legacy. Guided by the museum staff, students explored captivating exhibits, gaining invaluable knowledge about ancient history, including fascinating insights into the Indus Valley Civilization, intricate stone sculptures, currency history, various arms, pottery, and metalwork. Our Class VII students also contributed to the celebration by making a vibrant collage of monuments, showcasing their creativity and understanding of our heritage. 25.Embracing Knowledge and Spring: Basant Panchami Celebrations at Achievers Home!

Achievers Home Public School joyfully celebrated Basant Panchami, a vibrant festival marking the arrival of spring and dedicated to Maa Saraswati, the revered goddess of knowledge, music, and art. The campus resonated with devotion as we honored Maa Saraswati and sought her blessings for academic excellence. The puja commenced with traditional offerings of fruits, colorful flowers, fragrant garlands, sweets, and incense, accompanied by the chanting of sacred mantras. The entire school community, including all teachers and students, meditated upon Maa Saraswati, immersing themselves in the pursuit of knowledge. It was inspiring to witness the deep reverence and devotion in the children as they sang prayers and hymns in praise of the goddess. Middle wing students spread vital planet conservation messages through an inspiring awareness rally, while our senior wing students showcased their creativity and understanding by preparing insightful collages related to Earth Day themes. 29. CBSE CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP
 

A two-days capacity building workshop was organized at Achievers Home Public School, where all the teachers of AHPS were trained on topics like “experiential education” and “adolescent education”.

The CBSE resource person, Mr. Shyam Tiwari and Mrs. Ramneet Swaroop, trained all the teachers on the importance of critical education, experimental education, and the challenges faced by students while experiencing physical, mental, and social changes, and how to address them using the latest methods.

At the end of the workshop, the school’s directors, Mr. Sachin Ahluwalia and Mr. Nitin Ahluwalia, and the Principal, Dr. S. Sarkar, thanked the trainers and appreciated their efforts.

30. RAKHI CELEBRATION WITH POLICE PERSONNEL

On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan, students of Achievers Home Public School came together to tie Raksha Sutra to the Circle Officer of Haridwar, Mr. Shishupal Singh Negi (U.P.S.), and other dedicated police personnel. The Circle Officer and the police team expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the school's thoughtful initiative.

The festival of Raksha Bandhan carries a profound message for human life and society, highlighting the significance of nurturing relationships and bonds. It serves as a reminder of the importance of love, care, and protection in our lives.

In a heartwarming gesture, the police department presented gifts to the children and extended warm wishes for a bright and promising future for all the students. This exchange symbolized the spirit of camaraderie and mutual respect between the community and law enforcement.

31. UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL OF AUTOMATION THROUGH ADVANCED ROBOTICS – SEPTEMBER SESSION

Our robotics program has been a groundbreaking success, empowering students to develop essential skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Through immersive hands-on activities and expert mentorship, students have gained invaluable experience, fostering a strong foundation for future success in STEM fields.

Highlights of the Robotics Classes:

  • Class 6: Students embarked on a Motor Car project, mastering fundamental robotics and programming concepts.

  • Class 7: Students explored automation with a Light-Controlled Robot project, gaining insights into sensors and their applications.

  • Class 8: Students took on the Touch Drive Boat project, developing a deeper understanding of robotics and interactive systems.

32.MUN & Youth Parliament
The two-day Achievers Home Public School MUN & Youth Parliament event concluded with a grand prize ceremony, showcasing the talents and achievements of over 400 students from classes 6–12. The event featured 7 committees, including 2 Lok Sabha, 2 AIPPM, 1 UNGA, and 2 International Press, providing a platform for students to engage in meaningful discussions and debates.

The event commenced on October 6 with a dignified inauguration ceremony, where Chief Guest Honorable MLA Haridwar, Madan Kaushik ji, lit the lamp, marking the beginning of the event. On October 7, a social event was organized, featuring captivating performances, including a mesmerizing singing performance by Dhruv Nath, which left the students enthralled.

33. Special Diwali Activity

Our school's middle wing recently organized a special Diwali activity that was both enlightening and entertaining. The event commenced with a soulful Ram Stuti, setting a divine tone for the occasion. This was followed by a captivating dramatization of Ram Charitra, imparting valuable lessons to the students. The activity continued with the recitation of Laxmi Narayan Stotra, invoking the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi.

The grand finale was a high-energy dance performance depicting Varaha Avtar, showcasing the students' talent in portraying the triumph of good over evil. Additionally, a classroom activity was conducted, where different classes showcased their artistic skills through Diwali-themed crafts. The classes presented stunning displays,

34. EMBRACING NATURE’S BEAUTY AND SPIRITUALITY!

Our students recently embarked on an unforgettable journey to the serene hills of Nainital and the spiritual haven of Shri Kainchi Dham, returning with hearts full of joy and memories to cherish!

The trip began with a divine visit to Mata Naina Devi Mandir, followed by a serene boat ride on the picturesque Nainital Lake and some lively shopping in the local market.

The next day, they received blessings at Shri Neem Karoli Baba Ashram (Shri Kainchi Dham) and explored India’s second-highest altitude zoo, witnessing diverse wildlife in their natural habitat.

Experiences like these not only strengthen bonds but also inspire lifelong learning. At Achievers Home Public School, we believe in holistic development through adventures that go beyond the classroom!

35. ACHIEVERS EDUCATIONAL TRIP TO PINK CITY JAIPUR

A group of 45 students, accompanied by 4 dedicated teachers, embarked on an exciting educational journey to Jaipur, the Pink City. The teaching staff included Dr. S. Sarkar (Principal), Ms. Arpita Devariya, Dr. Anshu Tyagi, and Mr. Chirag Singh. The group was comfortably accommodated at the Raj Laxmi Palace, located on Sanganer Road, Jaipur.

Day 1:

The day began with a visit to the majestic Amber Fort, a testament to Rajasthan’s rich history, after a hearty breakfast. The group then proceeded to Jal Mahal, a stunning palace situated in the midst of a serene lake. Lunch was enjoyed at Kanak Restaurant, offering a picturesque view of Jal Mahal.

The afternoon was filled with visits to Jantar Mantar, an ancient astronomical observatory; Hawa Mahal, a palace known for its intricate architecture; and Albert Hall Museum, a treasure trove of art and history. The evening was spent relaxing at the hotel, with light snacks and a lively gathering with DJ music after dinner.

36. AN UNFORGETTABLE HILL ESCAPE FOR OUR STUDENTS!

Our school recently organised a refreshing 2-day, 1-night trip to the stunning destinations of Dehradun and Mussoorie. The journey began at Deer Park, where students joyfully learned about wildlife in a peaceful natural setting.

In Mussoorie, the Queen of Hills, students enjoyed a relaxed evening on the famous Mall Road, exploring local shops, views, and flavours. The following morning, they experienced pure serenity during a morning walk on Camel Back Road, surrounded by fresh air and breathtaking mountain views.

Achievers Home Public School believe in creating such beautiful learning experiences beyond the classroom.

37. AN UNFORGETTABLE trip to Song Valley Resort, Maldevta, Dehradun!

Our school recently organised a day trip to Song Valley Resort, Maldevta, Dehradun for students of Class IV and V.

The trip was filled with adventure activities like zip line, climbing ladder, and climbing net. Along with the activities, there were many fun-filled games that the students enjoyed to their fullest.

Along with the fun, the students also got an opportunity to face and overcome their fears and test their potentials.

Achievers Home Public School believes in creating such excursions for children and helping them learn new skills.

38. Achievers Home Public School is thrilled to announce that Augustya Sharma, our talented Archery Champion, has brought pride to our institution once again!

Following his impressive performance at the CBSE Nationals just three months ago, Augustya represented CBSE at the 69th School Games Federation of India (SGFI) Championship in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

As the sole representative from Uttarakhand, Augustya demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, securing an impressive 18th rank overall among the nation’s top athletes. This achievement is a testament to his dedication, talent, and the expert guidance of his coach, Mr. Ramesh Semwal.

The school’s Director, Mr. Nitin Ahluwalia, Principal, Dr. S. Sarkar, and the entire Achievers Home Public School family congratulate Augustya on this remarkable feat and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.

39. ANNUAL SPORTS DAY CELEBRATION – 2025

Winners aren’t born, they’re made—and Achievers Home Public School proved it today with a super thrilling Sports Day organized by the Middle Wing on December 22, 2025!

Star student Siddharth Patel (Class VIII) kicked off the Torch Flame Run, firing up everyone’s spirit. Our school’s Joint Director, Mr. Siddhartha Ahluwalia, and Principal, Dr. S. Sarkar, cheered us on, inspiring students to smash every challenge.

Students gave it their all in yoga drills, 100m & 200m races, relay race, long jump, and tug-of-war—a true display of grit and teamwork. Mr. Siddhartha Ahluwalia and Dr. S. Sarkar felicitated the winners and runners-up with medals and certificates.

The day concluded with a roaring National Anthem, filled with unity, pride, and tons of fun 🇮🇳. Everyone created memories they’ll never forget. Kudos to all achievers and the fantastic teamwork shown by the dedicated Sports Teachers of the Middle Wing!

40. The AAGAAZ–SAPTARANG inter-school competition 

The AAGAAZ–SAPTARANG inter-school competition was held at DPS Daulatpur Junior, with participation from 15 schools. The event was organised class-wise and encouraged healthy competition among the students.

Students of Achievers Home Public School performed exceptionally well and displayed great dedication and effort. Through consistent practice and teamwork, our students achieved the following accolades:

  • Gourika (LKG) – Consolation Prize in Drawing and Colouring

  • Anvi (UKG) – Consolation Prize in Collage Art

  • Aarav Walia – Third Position in Mini Ad Gurus

  • Class 3 Girls – First Position in Group Dance, based on the theme Nari Shakti, beautifully expressing strength, confidence, and unity

  • Class 3 Students – Second Position in Waste Material Rangoli, highlighting creativity and innovative thinking

We sincerely congratulate our students for their hard work, discipline, and commitment. Their enthusiasm and determination brought pride to the school and reflected the true spirit of learning and participation.

41. ACHIEVER’S STARS LIGHT UP STATE LEVEL ARCHERY CHAMPIONSHIP!

What an incredible day for our school! Our talented young archers have brought home shining medals from the U-14 State Level Archery Tournament held at Maharana Pratap Sports College, Dehradun.

Under the prestigious “Mukhyamantri Championship Trophy / Khel Mahakumbh 2025”, organized by the Uttarakhand Youth Welfare Department, they showcased true grit and precision.

  • Augustya Sharma (Class VII-B) dazzled in the U-14 Boys Recurve Category, winning 1 Silver and 1 Bronze medal.

  • Pavni Maity (Class VIII) stole the show in the U-14 Girls Indian Round, clinching a sparkling Gold medal.

These young heroes were expertly guided by our dedicated coach Mr. Ramesh Semwal, whose training turned their dreams into reality. Our School’s Director, Mr. Nitin Ahluwalia, and Principal, Dr. S. Sarkar, applauded the students’ hard work and congratulated them with big smiles.

Heartiest congratulations to Augustya, Pavni, and Coach Semwal Ji for making the school proud!

42. Parakram Diwas Celebration

Students of Achievers Home celebrated Parakram Day with an awareness rally. On the occasion of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s 129th birth anniversary, Achievers Home Public School students celebrated with great enthusiasm. Dressed in his attire, they echoed his iconic slogans:

  • “Freedom is not given, it has to be taken”

  • “Tum mujhe khoon do, main tumhe azadi dunga” (“Give me blood, I will give you freedom”)

  • “Pay tribute to the flag, which is your pride, keep your head high as long as there’s life”

The event revived the spirit of freedom fighters.

The school also conducted a slogan writing competition for Class 5 students. The rally was led by School Principal Dr. Shyamlal Sarkar, Smita Jetly, Kanchan Kiran, Pooja Gupta, Meenu Pahwa, Ansha, Geeta, and other teachers.
